Self-Defense Camp

Join 4th Degree Black Belt Jamie White and friends in learning the basics of practical Self-Defense while discovering personal power, awareness skills, and confidence! Learn the three lines of defense (mind, voice, and body) in a dynamic, age-appropriate, and FUN way! Students will learn how to strike to the vulnerable targets, release common holds, develop increased awareness, practice common defense scenarios, learn basic ground defense, and more! If you have joined us for a Self-Defense class before, camp will be a much deeper dive into basic defense skills, with some fun and games thrown in the mix! Each day will conclude with a formal Chung Do Tae Kwon Do class and/or DEMO activity. Camp is open to the public (from beginners to experienced young martial artists), current Lyndell Students, and Chung Do Association Students ages 8-14. You can join all 3 days ($95), 2 days only ($70), or 1 day only ($40). Feel free to share camp information with friends, neighbors, and family! All are welcome.
