DAY OF KNOWLEDGE

Join us for a one-day Empowerment Workshop featuring four one-hour sessions, fun movement activities, and meaningful one-on-one time with your pre-teen girl. 

Registration is limited to the first 50 girls and their trusted adults, and is open to girls ages 9–13. Our one-day Empowerment Workshop Series includes four engaging one-hour sessions: Empowering Pre-Teen Girls, Promoting a Healthy Body Image, All About Safety, and Let’s Talk Puberty. Each session is led by female experts in their field, providing valuable, age-appropriate guidance. The day also includes movement activities and a complimentary lunch. This is a unique opportunity to spend meaningful one-on-one time with your pre-teen girl while learning, connecting, and building confidence together.
