All Ages Thursday Taekwondo

A Korean martial art specializing in hand and kicking techniques with a major focus on self-defense. Participants gain more self-confidence, discipline and self control while increasing their strength and flexibility. This is a fee base class. Registration required for each family member. Class is taught by Master Mike. Uniforms cost $25 and will be available at the first class.
