Future Babysitter Camp

Learn from current St. Joseph’s Academy students how to be the best babysitter on the block! First, campers will learn how to start a babysitting business. Using Canva and Publisher, they will make their own fliers and business cards. In the next part of the camp, campers will learn how to keep children happy and entertained. Campers will make and play games, which could be brought to a job. In addition, campers will make crafts and activity kits, including playdough and slime, throughout the week. They will learn basic first aid and what to do if an emergency does happen. They will also make their own first aid kit, which can be brought to jobs. Campers will practice making and eating simple snacks, like making ice cream in a baggie and decorating cupcakes. Campers will also decorate a babysitting tote bag.
