Beginner Hockey Camp: Tryout Prep

Get ready to shine at tryouts with the STLHT Tryout Preparation Camp! We’ll kick off the week by fine-tuning important skills like forward and backward strides, crossovers, tight turns, stickhandling, shooting, and passing. As the week progresses, we’ll turn up the fun with battle and compete drills designed to simulate game scenarios and build confidence. To wrap up each day, we’ll include at least 5 minutes of endurance training to help players stay strong and energized on the ice. This camp is all about growing skills, having fun, and feeling ready to impress at tryouts!
