Defending Principles - Session 4

Defending principles is a 6-week program that focuses on advanced defending techniques and situations of the game. Players will go through multiple stations focusing on: defensive positioning, shot blocking, 1v1 defending, pass interception, defending numbers down, & more. Through this program players will better their understanding and knowledge of how to defend in various situations of the game at all levels.
