Basketball

Campers spend their day immersed in a specific sport learning fundamental skills and then applying those skills in a game setting. The focus is on introducing and/or improving skills for each sport with emphasis on individual skill development, teamwork, and building self-confidence in an environment that encourages having fun and making friends. This summer, we are welcoming a basketball camp to the Kirkwood Family YMCA! Campers will learn the basics of basketball including rules, form, how to work as a team, and many other components. Camp runs 9am-4pm. Separate Fun Club registration available for before/after care.
