Roll up your sleeves, put on your maker's cap, and get ready to create! This is our most hands-on camp! Who can build the strongest bridge? Can your bridge withstand the shake rattle and roll challenge? Explore the world of birds and beasts. Enter the Mad Science chemistry lab and mix, mash, and brew concoctions! Assemble and control pulleys, levers, catapults, simple machines, and megapinchers! It’s 3 days packed with non-stop science fun!

Join our staff for fun-filled days during Winter Break! We’ll be ice skating on select days, plus enjoying crafts, sports, and hands-on science projects. Register for just one day or seven.. it’s up to you!

No School…No problem! Enjoy your No School Day at the Brentwood Community Center. Participants will enjoy active games, crafts, sports, cooking and science experiments. Registered participants will receive an email ONE WEEK prior to the No School Day explaining the day’s activities.

KEEN friends and families will have private playtime and access to all of The Magic House's many activities. You are welcome to continue playing at The Magic House once it opens to the public. The event is free, but you must arrive by 9:30am for free admission. The Magic House is located at 516 S. Kirkwood Rd, St. Louis, MO 63122. Families should enter through the Emerson Entrance at the west end of the main parking lot. Playtime is designed to provide children with disabilities a sensory-friendly opportunity to enjoy the Magic House (without the crowds!). A calming room is available on the first floor near the Emerson Education Entrance. Siblings are encouraged to join the fun, but all children should be appropriately supervised by an adult.

$12 per session for Non-Members and $10 per session for Members. Research asserts that most brain development happens in the first three years of a child’s life. Each 45-minute Science Tots class is designed to provide opportunities to support brain development and learning. Toddlers and their grown-ups will explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) topics through songs, stories, hands-on exploration, and play. Activities will ignite curiosity and wonder in young children as well as empower parents and caregivers to support their child’s STEM learning in class and in their daily lives. This fall, classes will be held on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 10:30 AM. Storybook STEM (ages 3–5) meets during the first and third weeks of each month. Science Tots (ages 18–35 months) meets during the second and fourth weeks.

Fun, exciting, engaging, high-quality STEM learning experiences for students in grades K to 9. Fosters students' interests in STEM careers, STEM literacy development, and a sense of belonging in STEM. Broaden the STEM ecosystem locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
