Following the philosophy of language-immersion instruction, we provide a setting for your child to absorb the language naturally. Our camp is not a sit-down Spanish class. Just like you would expect of any summer program, your children will work on art projects, play sports and games, listen to music, dance, cook, eat lunch, etc. The difference is that ALL of our activities are led in Spanish by experienced instructors who are native speakers of the language.

Do you have a little one who is born to entertain? In this introductory musical theatre class, young performers will prepare for a life in show business. Focusing on the areas of singing, dancing, and acting. Students will begin learning what it takes to put on a show!

Students will develop performance techniques while improving motor and communication skills. With personalized attention in an intimate classroom environment, students will learn some of the same pieces as our performing troupe. Unique within the St. Louis region, STAGES’ Access the Arts programs consist of classes, workshops and performance opportunities that enable area youth with physical, cognitive or developmental delays to fully participate in the musical theatre arts.

Enjoy activities in music, dance, fine arts, performing arts, storytime, and collaborative play time.

Students dance, draw, sing, and learn the basic language skills as they travel around the world. Working with a number of teaching artists, each day of camp explores a different country and region through various art disciplines, including dance, visual art, and drama. Around the World concludes with campers bringing home the work they created. Campers are expected to be fully toilet trained and use the toilet independently. They work together to create a wishing tree to share their own wishes for their futures and their hopes for our community and world. Twinkle Twinkle concludes with campers bringing home the work they created. Campers are expected to be fully toilet trained and use the toilet independently. Find your magic! Travel to a vibrant, magical house in Colombia where we imagine ourselves as characters with our own amazing gifts. We dance to We Don't Talk About Bruno, make giant tropical flowers, and go on our own fun, magical, and musical journey. Open the magic trunk and let your imagination soar! One day, we discover a pirate's costume or fantastic sunken treasure. Another day, we find fairy dust and jewels. Campers use their found treasures to inspire them as they move, sing, and create their own adventures. Come join us to discover what the magic trunk contains! We celebrate each child's uniqueness and superstar potential through movement, drama, vocal music, and art, and by reading books like Incredible You! Our superstar preschoolers combine family-friendly pop vocals and movement with creating fun props as we walk the red carpet.
