It’s like Wiffleball... only with a Gruszka “curve.” Learn how to play various types of Wiffleball along with the skills needed to play each position. Hands-on coaching and skill practice will happen each day along with a daily game! Students of all skill levels are welcome to join in for an at bat and no one ever strikes out when having fun with friends at this great backyard game.

Do you love reading great books, creating beautiful art, and exploring our amazing woods? Grab your bug spray and sunscreen, and join us for Books and Beauty in Nature! We will begin by sharing a book, and then head out to the woods to collect materials for our daily art project

Science, engineering, and art join forces to create colorful and sometimes messy projects. This year features our favorite STEAM activities. Make color changing potions and build volcanoes with baking soda and vinegar. Rescue animals from ice and design new habitats for them. Create mazes and engineer marble runs. Explore roller coasters and test slime recipes.

Hey bakers, let’s get in the kitchen and make some yummy treats. We will bake a mix of things like pies, cookies, cakes, or pizzas during the week. You will be in charge of your mixing, pouring, and decorating of each dish we bake. We will even have a bake challenge where kiddos are able to pick their treat to make for the day and we will see who creates the best dish. Are you up for the challenge?

Soar into summer with egg-citing adventures. Get outside and learn the basics of birding to identify the birds in our backyard. We’ll feature songbirds like cardinals, bluebirds, and chickadees; raptors like owls, eagles, and hawks; and your favorite bird. Play migration games, model habitats, and connect with nature.

Let’s grow some fun this summer! We have plenty of dirt, insects, and plants... we just need to know how they all work together to make something beautiful and often tasty! Come garden with Mr. Gruszka as you learn how to work, compost, care for, and use a garden, big or small. Handson experience and projects will allow you to take your “budding” skills beyond the garden home with you.

Contemplate communication as you converse in codes. Grab your swimwear, hats, and beach towels! Join Ms. Horton and Mrs. Lepsky for some beach-themed fun in the sun! We will play in the sand and water, make delicious beachy food, and create seathemed crafts. For the friends that joined us last summer, we have new and exciting activities for this summer of 2024!

Join our Chess Club and learn how to play this great game. More advanced strategies and concepts will be taught to experienced students. This camp includes a chess tournament and a short award ceremony on the final day.

Make upcycled art, houses for your stuffies, coloring projects, crafts, frog houses in the woods, and chalk creations. We will also enjoy scavenger hunts, outdoor play, and good old fashioned fun!

Calling all ninjas! Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? All American Super Ninja coaches will be teaching you basic ninja skills with a focus on obstacle course training, tricking, and more. Ninja campers will enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities along with some time to get creative with ninja DIY projects and obstacle course building.

Your building skills will be challenged as we use rocks, ice cubes, marshmallows, and other unusual materials to build structures. Of course we’ll have Legos, Magna Tiles, Lincoln Logs, and blocks to give us inspiration
