Des Moines University’s Health Professions Advanced Summer Scholars Program – Health P.A.S.S. – is a great way to prepare for and enhance your chances of getting into medical or health professions school. Health P.A.S.S. provides you with key insights and hands-on experience in a variety of health professions.

Earn college credit, grow as a leader, and improve your community this summer. At the Summer Leadership & Service Summit (LSS) students between their sophomore and junior year or junior and senior year of high school attend a week-long residential institute to study and practice leadership skills and service as a form of community and civic engagement. In a week of hands-on learning, students work under the direction of faculty and staff from Wartburg College’s Institute for Leadership Education.

Learn from faculty mentors who will help you develop as a musician through discovery, empowerment, and collaboration. Performance options include band, choir, orchestra, piano, organ, and more.

Wanting to learn more about sand volleyball, improve your skills, and be in the sun?

Using music, poetry, video clips, and digital and printed texts as inspiration and jumping-off points, you will practice freeing your imagination and be encouraged to write from the heart, using memories, interests, passions, fears, and real-life experiences practicing several different writing styles, presentations, and critiques in a small group setting.

The Butler University Philosophy and Critical Thinking (BUPACT) Summer Camp will explore philosophical questions related to freedom through a weeklong series of fun, engaging activities with a focus on giving campers the opportunity to discuss the issues that matter most to them.

Piano Adventure Camp is designed for students with at least one year prior piano study. Students will be divided into smaller groups based on age and repertoire level.
