The Discovering STEM in ACES Program (DSAP) is a one week (July 14-20, 2024) in campus program that exposes students to immersive experiences to showcase what the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences (ACES) has to offer.

Come aboard for our Pirate Adventure Day Camp at Whispering Pines of Clinton County! Join us for a week long day camp full of pirate adventures! Pirates may be known for treasure stealing and cannon battles, but they are also known for their loyalty to their crews. Girls will spend the week with their crews testing their archery skills to scare off enemy ships, practicing their swimming in case they are forced to walk the plank, and cooking over a fire in case they are stranded on an island.

Calling all aspiring pop stars – it’s your time to shine! Rock the mic and own the stage at Girl Scout Pop Star Era Overnight Camp, where you’ll live out your music dreams for a whole week.

SIUE Theater and Dance hosts two weeks of K-8 acting, singing and dancing classes culminating in three public performances in Dunham Hall!

Group and individual activities will be provided for students with a variety of backgrounds and interests. Students will explore music by writing their own pieces on computer. Students will also have the opportunity to experiment with various musical tasks such as creating computer game music, music for videos and other music technologies.

The SIUE East St. Louis Performing Arts Summer Enrichment Program will train students in various artistic expressions including but not limited to dance and music. Students will be exposed to performance opportunities through educational programing as we continue the legacy of the renowned icon, Ms. Katherine Dunham.
