A night of faith, fun, food, and fellowship for Teens!

Unleash your inner rockstar in this 10-week music bootcamp! This dynamic course is designed for aspiring musicians and producers ready to explore the exciting world of music production. Students will dive into the creative process and experience the joy of artistic expression through hands-on learning and expert guidance. The program includes two engaging classes focused on music theory and production, along with an exploration of the evolution of music. Lessons cover key topics such as audio engineering, mixing and mastering, music composition, MIDI configuration, chord identification, and even cord management. Taught by Community Ed instructor John Patinella.

The Bayer YMCA is excited to host a Teen Showcase to highlight the musical talents of our young people ages 12-17 years old! This Showcase provides teens with an opportunity to perform their original music in a supportive environment while building confidence, developing performance skills, and showcasing their creativity through professional media content. Performing artists will also get professional photos, highlight clips they can post to their social media pages, and a full performance video!

Hip Hop using free-style movement based on the latest and older styles, while incorporating jazz technique. Musical theatre this dance class takes the aspects of jazz dance by adding a little acting into it. Students will learn about broadways most famous music, and learn how to dance as if they were on a broadway stage. If you are looking into acting or doing school musicals growing up this class will give you a leg up.

Teen Retreat is a safe, non-threatening, supportive, non-judgmental, weekend gathering of teenagers who are grieving the death of someone significant.

We are proud to sponsor this exciting program for youth and adults with disabilities. This program runs September - May and offers the opportunity to interact in a social and recreational environment. The group has pizza, refreshments, fun activities and great conversation! Activities include: Arts-n-Crafts, Karaoke, Holiday Events & more! First friday of the month.

Are you ready to bring your rock school summer camp dreams to life? Look no further than STL Rock School’s summer camp! Campers join a rock band based on skill and age group. Join us for an unforgettable summer where you’ll learn to play your favorite songs while making some new friends. Get ready to rock the stage like never before! Each rock band will work together over 1 or 2 weeks to put together a small set list of songs that they will perform in STL Rock School’s music venue! We welcome aspiring rock stars between the ages of 6 and 18, regardless of their skill level. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned musician, our summer camp provides a supportive and inclusive environment for all. Discover your musical potential, unleash your creativity, and make lasting memories with fellow campers who share your passion for music.

Each Overnight provides a two-day, one-night overnight camp experience. Each camp offers a quality experience involving relationship development, recreation, and relaxation and is specifically designed to meet the needs of youth on the autism spectrum.

Give your child a safe place to go and a way to grow at Gene Slay's Girls & Boys afterschool program! The Club offers a variety of enriching programs, fun activities, and academic support for your child. Meals and snacks are also provided.​
