Step into the spotlight at our Theatre Camp! Campers will build confidence and performance skills through exciting games and exercises such as storytelling, improvisation, musical theatre dance, and acting. With guidance from experienced instructors, they’ll collaborate to rehearse and perform One Act Plays to showcase to family and friends on the final day (June 13th). Camp fee covers the cost of all materials and a commemorative t-shirt that the campers will wear in the showcase. It’s a session full of creativity, teamwork, and fun, ending with a show-stopping performance you won’t want to miss!

Through the use of improvisational games and valuable improv techniques, this class encourages campers to become more spontaneous, creative, playful, and imaginative, all while developing valuable performance and interpersonal skills.

Funny how much fun you can have when you're learning to be funny! Learn comedy by doing it at Kids Comedy Camp! You'll master the secrets of stand-up, sketch, andimprov comedy. Take home a new gag each day—rubberchickens, squirt rings, gag glasses! Perform a new comedy for your family each night! Lots of laughter! Explorations in improvisational comedy by using: theater games including acting out quick scenes, creatively inventing new uses for odd objects, movement, expression, playing off other people and timing. Laughter and fun are our goals! (Ages 9-12)

Through improvisation and theatre games, campers develop original, funny characters and scenes. They explore a variety of conventions, prompts, and exercises used to spark ideas and create comic skits, clown routines, and funny bits. Camp ends with a hilarious sharing for family and friends.

Act, sing, dance, and create in this one-week camp that culminates in a production. Students will rehearse a show and add their creative talents to the set and costumes. The show will be at 11 am on Friday, June 27.
