Step into the delicious world of Italian cooking in this hands-on class for kids! Young chefs will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, roll and shape noodles, and create simple, tasty sauces. Along the way, they’ll practice measuring, mixing, and kitchen safety while exploring the fun traditions of Italian cuisine. Perfect for beginners, this class combines creativity, culture, and the joy of making and tasting your very own homemade pasta. By the end, kids will leave with their own pasta creations and a newfound love for Italian cooking. This is a drop-off program and is taught by Community Ed instructor Jodi Gomez.

Along the way, they’ll practice measuring, mixing, and kitchen safety while exploring the fun traditions of Italian cuisine. Perfect for kids with some cooking experience who have taken Pasta Perfect I (aka Italy: Pasta Makers), this class combines creativity, culture, and the joy of making and tasting your very own homemade pasta. In this hands-on class, young chefs will explore different countries through fun, kid-friendly recipes while learning basic cooking skills, kitchen safety, and the importance of trying new foods. Each week, students will visit a new country, discover fun food facts, and prepare a dish to enjoy together.
