In this course, students will take a hands- on approach to learning and fully understanding the Bill of Rights. The course explores the complex meanings and reasonings behind the development of the Bill of Rights and how they continue to have an impact on daily life. Students will work closely with experts in the field and will be introduced to political science as a profession.

Offered for two weeks during the summer, Adelphi’s Summer Pre-College Program is open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors in high school. Scheduled to take place from July 17-30, this summer’s program features an updated curriculum that will allow students to explore an academic area of interest, while discovering all that the University has to offer.
