In this two-week introduction to 3D animation course, students who are familiar with Autodesk Maya will learn the basics of 3D Animation using this industry standard software. Students will learn how to set key frames, edit animation curves, utilize the dope sheet, use constraints and animate using Forward Kinematics (FK). We will go over creating in-software playblast animations and the workflow for rendering animation out as rendered frames to be compiled outside of the software.
