Great Books students engage with enduring texts of literature and philosophy to discover and explore the great human issues and questions as they develop important close reading and critical thinking skills. Advanced reading selections, discussion groups, and seminars led by a faculty of distinguished professors and scholars from some of the best universities and colleges around the world help students take command of their own best thinking and powers of expression. Great Books Summer Program delivers excellent preparation for seminar-style college classes, for the life skill of thinking well on one's feet, and in no small measure the SAT critical thinking section.
