Learn how to interpret the human form in clay, working from figures. You'll learn both representative and interpretive approaches to sculpting the figure while exploring the tools and techniques used in clay sculpture. Through observation, you will also improve your understanding of proportion, composition, and form. (You can skip this summer class if you've already taken HFA 097)
