Pre-Med

The Pre-Med Program at the Baruch Leadership Academy provides outstanding rising 10th through 12th grade students the opportunity to explore a wide range of medical topics. Students get first hand experience as they participate in laboratory dissections led by Baruch College faculty members and meet with esteemed physicians. The Academy strives to give students a comprehensive overview of the medical field through the following initiatives: Classroom lectures and workshops Investigation of medical careers as well as an introduction to the medical school admissions process Hands on laboratory dissections and activities Field trips to prominent museums within New York City
