As the western foreign policy pendulum swings toward populism, the ideal of global citizenship is complicated. This college-level seminar examines China's economic influence, current wars and armed conflicts, global migration, shifting tech andenergy markets, Russia's position in the Ukraine and Middle East, free trade agreements, and the role of the United Nations.
