Writing Camp

If you enjoy writing, this summer's Writing Camp is for you. Dialogue with professors who have published poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction, and find out what it takes to succeed in this craft. Then, you will have a turn to try! You will enjoy the fun of writing in a coffee-shop setting, a beautiful state park, and a cutting-edge computer classroom. Then you will benefit from a workshop critique by your peers and professors. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about journalism and technical writing. This week of creative activities will conclude with a reading of finished projects. The Writing Camp is sponsored by the Department of English, Literature and Modern Languages. Writing Camp is open to Christian students entering 10th through 12th grades, or incoming freshmen to Cedarville University. The $400 registration fee includes all meals, housing, field trips, activities, supplies, and a camp shirt.
