Stanford AI4ALL

The program has three main objectives: 1) To simultaneously educate and excite students about the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by providing exposure to a variety of AI topics, discussing in-depth some of the cutting-edge AI research and exploring the societal impacts of AI. 2) To foster personal growth through career development workshops, mentoring and social events. 3) To provide students a hands-on experience with real research projects in the AI Lab. The program also aims to build a close-knit community and encourage interest among underrepresented populations in the field. Program attendance will be limited to reflect these goals. Students must be in the 9th grade at the time of application submission and going into 10th grade the following fall. Application process includes: preliminary application, online application, transcript, teacher recommendation, standardized test scores, short answer essay responses, Submission of your work on the Stanford AI4ALL Challenge Problems. Need-based financial aid is available with the completion of an additional financial aid application.
