Make the transition to intercollegiate riding with our College-Bound Equestrian Camp, a weekend intensive training program for high school equestrians. Designed for rising high school juniors and seniors, our camp sessions will focus on building not only the riding skills of students, but also increasing their knowledge about college riding and the overall college search process. Hunt seat riders must be capable of tacking up their own horses, walk, trot, and canter on the flat, and jumping courses of 2'. Western riders must be capable of tacking up their own horses, walk, jog, and lope, and understand basic horsemanship patterns. Students will ride twice per day and also attend unmounted lectures on college riding and other college-related topics.
