Drones Racing Camp @ Duke (Day)

Drone racing has become one of the world’s fastest growing sports! Using the engineering design process, campers will build and fly a FPV (First Person View) racing drone. To enhance their skills, participants will use advanced computer design software and 3D printers to construct their models. Campers will learn the principles of flight, history of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), and drone safety. Simulators will be used to practice various flight skills, exercises and maneuvers. On the last day of camp, participants will test their skills in the drone racing obstacle course.
