How do congressional representatives build their campaigns and manage change in the House & Senate once elected? Explore the dynamic and complex structures of influence on the US Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and new legislation, such as the Republican and Democratic legislative agendas, interest groups and lobbyists, and the will of American constituents.
