Dordt Discovery Days - Costume Design (PM class)

Ever wonder what it would feel like to dress as a Victorian queen, a movie star, or maybe a gangster? You’ll have a lot of fun trying on outfits from different eras in our costume shop. You will also make jewelry, and other exciting pieces to take back home with you. Talk about photo ops! This class is a great choice for both theater and design enthusiasts. Dordt Discovery Days is a five-day camp for students who have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Choose one morning and one afternoon class. Classes meet once each day, Monday through Friday. Resident cost: Includes Monday through Thursday nights in campus residence halls under the supervision of Dordt's student services staff. Class sessions, all meals, snacks, t-shirt, and evening group recreational activities are included. Fee: $360 A very limited number of grants will be awarded to students who show financial need. Grants are awarded first come, first served with a standard grant covering half of registration costs. Students can submit applications no earlier than April 1, with a deadline of April 22.
