Dordt Discovery Days - Beginner Disc Golf (PM class)

Disc golf is a fun, socially interactive game and here’s your chance to sharpen up your skills! We’ll be playing outside, rain or shine, learning techniques, rules, and etiquette. It’s a great game for guys and gals; zero experience needed. Participants will compete in groups, not individually. One new disc will be given to each student, but feel free to bring any discs you may already own. Dordt Discovery Days is a five-day camp for students who have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Choose one morning and one afternoon class. Classes meet once each day, Monday through Friday. Resident cost: Includes Monday through Thursday nights in campus residence halls under the supervision of Dordt's student services staff. Class sessions, all meals, snacks, t-shirt, and evening group recreational activities are included. Fee: $360 A very limited number of grants will be awarded to students who show financial need. Grants are awarded first come, first served with a standard grant covering half of registration costs. Students can submit applications no earlier than April 1, with a deadline of April 22.
