Dordt Discovery Days - CrossFit (AM class)

CrossFit is one of the fastest growing sports, the sport of fitness! Learn and build new skills and challenge yourself with a different workout each day. This class is for all levels. Skills can and will be tailored to the individual. Come join the community and see for yourself what all the excitement is about! Dordt Discovery Days is a five-day camp for students who have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Choose one morning and one afternoon class. Classes meet once each day, Monday through Friday. Resident cost: Includes Monday through Thursday nights in campus residence halls under the supervision of Dordt's student services staff. Class sessions, all meals, snacks, t-shirt, and evening group recreational activities are included. Fee: $360 A very limited number of grants will be awarded to students who show financial need. Grants are awarded first come, first served with a standard grant covering half of registration costs. Students can submit applications no earlier than April 1, with a deadline of April 22. Award notifications are made soon after documents are received.
