Dordt Discovery Days - Cartooning (AM class)

Ready to take on art and literature? Now is your time to get inspired to tell a story through illustrations. During the cartooning class, we will explore a variety of ways to develop characters, styles, and plots leading to a class-made graphic novel. Dordt Discovery Days is a five-day camp for students who have completed 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. Choose one morning and one afternoon class. Classes meet once each day, Monday through Friday. Resident cost: Includes Monday through Thursday nights in campus residence halls under the supervision of Dordt's student services staff. Class sessions, all meals, snacks, t-shirt, and evening group recreational activities are included. Fee: $360 A very limited number of grants will be awarded to students who show financial need. Grants are awarded first come, first served with a standard grant covering half of registration costs. Students can submit applications no earlier than April 1, with a deadline of April 22.
