Casper KEY Camp - Bookmaking Bonanza (Session 1)

Learn to make folded books, books with secret pockets, tiny books, and books in which to sketch - books, books, and books. In this class you will learn to make a variety of unique books in which you can place photographs, autographs, sketches, creative writings, and even secrets. Your end results will be gift worthy - if you can part with any of them. A one-week summer resident program for youth with special abilities and talents (academic, intellectual, creative, visual or performing arts). Students will select 4 classes to attend during the week. This program is for high ability students who are entering grades 6 or 7 in the fall of 2018. Students must be recommended by a classroom teacher or educator. The $625 fee includes room and board, recreational fees, classroom and laboratory materials, physical education equipment, and computer usage. In addition to the teaching staff, there is an evening activities director, 12 counselors, and a nurse/dorm director.
