If you really want to get into studying living things, this course is for you! We will dissect a frog, a heart, and an eyeball. We will do experiments to discover what makes living things tick. A one-week summer resident program for youth with special abilities and talents (academic, intellectual, creative, visual or performing arts). Students will select 4 classes to attend during the week. This program is for high ability students who are entering grades 6 or 7 in the fall of 2018. Students must be recommended by a classroom teacher or educator. The $625 fee includes room and board, recreational fees, classroom and laboratory materials, physical education equipment, and computer usage. In addition to the teaching staff, there is an evening activities director, 12 counselors, and a nurse/dorm director.
