Bradley's Summer Forensics Institute gives you the life skills to clearly and concisely communicate your thoughts - for competition and beyond.
During this 2-week residential program, you will experience: Individualized coaching customized to state and national rules, Daily presentations geared to all skill levels - novice to expert, One-on-one guidance to develop a competition-ready speech, Thoughtful final performance reviews by several staff coaches, Lifelong relationships with new friends and mentors.
The Summer Forensics Institute will offer instruction in the following areas: Program Oral Interpretation, Oratory, Humorous Interp, Special Occasion Speaking, Dramatic Interp, Original Comedy, Informative, Declamation, Extemp, Prose, Impromptu, Poetry, Duo Humorous (both partners must attend camp), Duo Dramatic (both partners must attend camp).

The full institute fee of $1,195 includes all instruction, camp t-shirt, handouts, computer costs, lunches, dinners, final banquet, and accommodations in an air-conditioned residence hall.
Special funds are reserved to assist students who have financial need. Awards vary from $50 to $400. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, you must complete the Student Petition for Scholarship (PDF) which includes a recommendation by a high school principal or superintendent. You will be notified, before the start of SFI, if you have been awarded a scholarship.
