Summer Conditioning - 3rd-8th Grade

Embark on a fitness journey this summer with Elite FT's Summer Conditioning program! Designed for boys and girls in 3rd-4th, 5th-8th and 9th-12th grade. This program promises to enhance overall conditioning through a variety of engaging activities. Participants will delve into sled pushes, battle ropes, plyometrics, short and long sprint work, as well as strength and core exercises. The dynamic training sessions will take place in different locations at The Sports Academy, including The Annex turf, the indoor soccer field, and outdoors, ensuring a fun and varied experience for all!
