Dancers will delve into the mechanics of lifts, exploring proper weight distribution, hand placements, and coordination to execute lifts with grace and ease. Learn how to create striking and expressive poses in partnership, exploring lines, shapes, and dynamics to enhance visual impact and storytelling. Ensuring the safety of both partners is paramount in partnering dance, so participants will be equipped with essential safety protocols, including spotting techniques and contingency plans to mitigate risks and promote a supportive and secure dance environment. **This is part of a 3 session workshop series.
