Leap Workshop

Our Leap Workshop has been meticulously crafted for intermediate to advanced level dancers aiming to elevate their leap technique to new heights. This 2 hour workshop promises to unlock potential and infuse leaps with grace, power, and precision. Participants will dive deep into the mechanics and dynamics of leaping, exploring techniques and strategies to enhance height, extension, and artistry. This workshop covers a spectrum of leaping movements prevalent in ballet, contemporary, jazz, and beyond. Dancers will receive personalized guidance and feedback to refine their leap technique, focusing on alignment, propulsion, and landing dynamics to achieve maximum height, extension, and control. Targeted exercises will show dancers how to strengthen the muscles essential for powerful leaps, enhancing their ability to execute dynamic leaps with ease and confidence. **This is part of a 3 session workshop series.
