Build It, Ages 4-5

Let's build! Children enjoy building and demolishing in this construction camp. We read and respond to books like A Year at a Construction Site and Building a House, sing "Johnny Pounds with One Hammer," and explore arts activities such as paper bag houses and sandpaper rubbings. Along the way, we practice measuring and learn about the shapes in buildings all around us. Campers are expected to be fully toilet trained and use the toilet independently. Features multiple professional teaching artists to present a variety of arts disciplines.
