Fancy Schmancy Fine-Star Desserts

We are going to step it up for our last week with some five-star desserts. French patisserie chefs will be impressed with our silky-smooth vanilla crème brulee with caramelized sugar crust, light and airy chocolate mousse with cherry jam and whipped cream, creamy panna cotta with a salted caramel base and strawberry fruit tart with a crispy shortbread crust and vanilla pastry cream filling topped with strawberries and glazed with an apricot glaze.
