The on-campus Acting Studio program introduces you to a pre-professional theater intensive and reflects the training in the Emerson BFA Acting Program. The four-week program, which qualifies for four college credits, offers an introduction to acting training including classes in voice, movement, improvisation, scene study, auditioning technique / monologues, and specialized classes such as Shakespeare or Alexander.

Pre-College offers challenging one-, three- and five-week summer programs for high school students. Programs are intensive, fun, and designed to teach students competitive, practical skills in one academic area of communication and the arts. A few select programs can also be completed for academic credit.
